The Basics: Gratitude and Memory Planning

It all started with a class assignment on ways to practice gratitude.  I began like most, with a bullet list or log. This was fine and all, but I felt like something was lacking. I went back to a previous assignment in which I learned that I am more "visual" than "verbal" and decided to alter my journal to include small pictures. My interest in keeping the journal changed immediately, and  I soon became obsessed with keeping my journal.
